I am currently located in Charlotte, NC. I am a photographer breaking into the professional field. I shoot in natural lighting to capture people in their natural state because this shows their true self, which I find quite intriguing.

I have recently dipped my feet into the studio realm, which has helped me to understand lighting techniques better. I am using that knowledge to also implement it into my environmental style of shooting.

Bonus round:
I love cats (& dogs) especially my cats Albert and Benny, coffee ice cream is the absolute best, monochromatic colors, good design, great packaging, modern & classic architecture, autumn weather, anime, cosplay, good food, and my Filipino culture. Also "Marie" is part of my first name, Ybañez is my middle ^_^
